In Haiti, Hosanna partners with two organizations: Healing Haiti and Haiti Teen Challenge.
Healing Haiti exists to lead people into a life-changing relationship with Jesus and break the cycle of poverty one family at a time through the local church, education, job creation, and medical care.
Haiti Teen Challenge is building Godly leaders of integrity so Haitians are empowered to restore their nation for God's Glory. They do this by helping students to break the cycle of addiction and dependencies, all while reading and studying the word of God.

In Ethiopia, Hosanna partners with three organizations: Leadstar International, Ellilta International, and J-Life Africa.
Leadstar International, led by Rev. Dr. Gemechis Buba, is transforming Ethiopia through high-impact leadership development rooted in Christian values, equipping thousands of leaders in churches, schools, and government.
J-Life Africa focuses on disciple-making movements, training local church leaders to multiply disciples and plant churches across Ethiopia and beyond.
Ellilta International brings hope and restoration to women and children affected by sexual exploitation, offering vocational training, counseling, and community reintegration through a Christ-centered approach.

Hosanna Church partners with three organizations in India whose names are not published on our website for their safety amid increasing Christian persecution. Each of these partners advances the gospel through a holistic approach that includes church planting, leadership development, education, and economic empowerment. By meeting both spiritual and practical needs, they are equipping individuals and communities to experience lasting transformation and the hope of Christ.

Join this trip with trip for families with children ages 10+ to engage in meaningful, hands-on ministry alongside Food For His Children (FFHC) in Tanzania. Hosanna families will build relationships through daily activities, prayer, and time with FFHC children—hearing their stories and encouraging their dreams. Additional opportunities may include hosting a youth conference, supporting projects at the FFHC Farm, and visiting a local school, hospital, or clinic.

This 12-14 day Impact Trip to Tanzania is open to adults and children ages 10+ and invites participants to walk alongside families through relationship-based ministry. You’ll spend unhurried time with families served by Food for His Children—listening to their stories, praying together, and witnessing how faith, hard work, and community are restoring dignity, hope, and livelihoods.

This Men’s Impact trip is for men (age 18+) seeking an “iron sharpens iron” experience by serving while growing in their faith with other men. The team will be doing active physical labor at altitude. So, applicants should be in general good physical condition and be able to handle altitude. The team will enjoy faith-based interactions with children and adults in need at the various construction and maintenance sites. Note, team members do not need to be Hosanna members or have construction experience.
