God is for our city. Therefore, we as Jesus-followers want to bring light and hope to our community. Through local partnerships and volunteer opportunities, we empower you to serve in the community by partnering with organizations that are bringing this vision to life. Our dedicated Hosanna Impact ministry works closely with each partner organization and invites you to become a part of local impact projects.
We send teams throughout the year to bring the hope and heartbeat of Jesus to those in need. These short-term trips come in all shapes and sizes - vision trips, prayer team trips, construction teams, training teams, medical teams, encouragement teams, etc. Upcoming Impact Local trips include:
HEART Texas Impact Trip | April 12-20, 2019
HEART Texas Student Impact Trip | June 22-29, 2019
This trip will focus on continued disaster relief for a community hit by Hurricane Harvey through work projects, as well as local outreach. An underlying focus will be on intentional devotional and reflection time to prepare students to discover their identity, belonging and purpose as they prepare for life after high school.

HEART New York Student Impact Trip | July 7-13, 2019
This is a HEART Student-led trip for students ages 16+. The HEART team is heading back to New York to partner with local churches in multiplying the hope and heartbeat of Jesus through prayer and outreach ministry. This trip is designed to teach students the importance of loving others, the impact we can make in other people’s lives and the power of prayer.
This trip is for students of all skill levels. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged to join us in stepping out of our comfort zones to be the hands and feet of Jesus. The cost of the trip is $500. Click here to apply.

Breakthrough Ministries is obediently committed to living out their purpose of "advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ" to a world in desperate need of His love through the mission of "The Great Commission."
Opportunities include serving the homeless/impoverished, supporting families in crisis affected by substance abuse, helping those hurting through outdoor adventure experiences, or serving local police departments. Additionally, Breakthrough was recently given a 21,000 square foot building in Minneapolis that will serve as an an Equipping Center.

The Fountains Senior Living
The Fountains Senior Living provides independent living, assisted living and memory care for older adults. Volunteers can come alongside The Fountains Senior Living residents for social activities, special events, community outings or Faith-based programming.

Good in the 'Hood
Good in the ‘Hood is dedicated to changing lives together with simple acts of kindness. Their desire is to inspire individuals, families and entire neighborhoods to take responsibility and ownership for the growth, improvement and well-being of their community. Through partnerships and kindness-based initiatives, Good in the 'Hood believes the physical, emotional and spiritual climate of a neighborhood can be changed for good. Life Rebuilders is a Jesus-centered organization that provides transitional housing for men/women age 18+ in Dakota and Hennepin County. We support our residents by providing safe housing, life skills coaching, family reunification and training to become contributing members of their community. Together for Good
Together for Good believes that all kids deserve to be safe and protected. Vulnerable, socially isolated families often don’t have anywhere to turn in times of crisis or when facing chronic stress. Alongside the Church, Together for Good offers practical help and relational support to struggling families. Volunteers opportunities include serving as a host providing short or long-term crisis care for children, as a member of the team that supports hosts or as a transportation assistant.

Trafficking Justice partners with with churches and nonprofits to abolish sexual exploitation and trafficking in Minnesota. They do this by equipping volunteers from church communities in areas of prevention, intervention, restoration and prayer.
