Production Technician - PT | Shakopee
The Production Technician is primarily responsible technically supporting all ministries within Hosanna. Support includes audio, visual, and lighting, focusing primarily on audio.
Campus Hospitality Coordinator - FT | Lakeville
The Campus Hospitality Coordinator serves as a critical team member on the assigned campus team, leading the overall campus hospitality ministry. This role collaborates with the team to implement campus-wide ministries, events, weekend experience, etc, while acting as a key liaison between central operations & ministries and the campus. This role supports the needs of the campus and Campus Pastor as well as provides support for the assigned ministries.
Video Manager - FT | Central
The Video Manager is primarily responsible for managing, creating, coordinating, developing and facilitating video, motion graphics, and photographic production church wide (non-live event). This position is responsible for pre-production (i.e. scouting, equipment set-up, shot lists, wardrobe suggestions, etc.), production (i.e. shooting, talent coaching), and post-production (i.e. sound and color editing, motion graphics). The media content is conceptualized in collaboration with ministry initiatives and leaders. In addition, this position would work closely with the Communications department to develop ministry-initiated media, which is in alignment with the strategies of the organization.
Children's Ministries Campus Coordinator- FT | Northfield
The Children’s Ministry Campus Coordinator will serve together with the Children’s Ministry Team at the respective campus location to teach and implement age-appropriate ministry for birth through 5th grade. This position will oversee the implementation of the weekend Children’s Ministries. The CM Campus Coordinator will provide a continuum of resources designed to equip children, volunteers and parents to grow deep in their personal relationship with God.
Children's Ministries Production Associate - FT | Central
The Production Coordinator is primarily responsible for designing the technical strategy to support the Children’s Ministries across the campuses, including audio, visual, and lighting.
Adult Equipping Pastor - FT|Central
The Adult Equipping Pastor is responsible for the overall pastoral leadership, strategy and implementation of the Adult Equipping department, including Prayer & Care, Hosanna Impact, Core Courses, and Community Groups.
Facilities Associate - FT | Central
The Facilities Associate is responsible for building operations, including structural components and equipment installation, maintenance and repair to ensure facility safety and efficiency of operations (all campuses). In addition, this position is also responsible for a clean, safe and inviting environment by supporting ministry programming with activity and event set-up, tear-down and responding to requests for facility assistance. Some of these assignments may be conducted through 3rd parties, so oversight of work scope,vendor performance and quality become the focus.
