Ash Wednesday Service

    Reservations Accepted: Faith & Doubt

If you were unable to attend the service on Ash Wednesday, you can listen to it online or purchase a CD at Daily Bread Books.

Pastor Bill talked about how important it will be to be part of a small group during this series. There are many thoughts that surround this topic of what it means to have faith AND doubt. If you are not in a small group yet, there’s still time and plenty of room in groups. Click on the “Find a Small Group” link on the sidebar.

Thought provoking questions for you and/or your small group:
Read Luke 17:5-6 - How much faith is enough?
Read Matthew 9:18-22 - Does lack of faith cause sickness?
Read Matthew 28:16-17 - How could they? After all they had seen, how could they doubt?

- How in your life have you lived out both faith and doubt?
- How does the desire for truth foster doubt?
- God is all-knowing. Do you wish you could know all? Why or why not?
- Can you think of a time when faith superseded knowledge for you?
- How does faith reflect what you believe?

What makes this a “Blog” is the interaction between the viewers. Please leave a comment below. Ask a question, leave some thoughts or just a comment. Either way, I pray that some good dialogue will happen here.

Bless you all!
