Hosanna! - Core Courses

The Core Courses are designed to help you grow deeper in Hosanna's core values.

All of the following courses require advance online registration. Kid Kare is available if pre-registered at least seven days in advance. Cost is $3.00 per child per hour for most classes.

The Bridge - Partnership/Membership

Being a partner at Hosanna! is not a passive role, but rather it is an invitation to be part of a movement of God. This course will teach you more about the mission and vision of Hosanna!, our core values, our Core Courses for spiritual growth, and what the purpose of “partnering in ministry” is all about.

Financial Peace University

This course relates to Hosanna! Core Value of Generosity.

Financial Peace University is a 13-week video curriculum taught by financial expert Dave Ramsey that incorporates small-group discussions to encourage accountability and practicality. It is highly entertaining for everyone, with a unique combination of humor, informative financial advice, and biblical messages.

Healthy Relationships

This course relates to Hosanna's Core Value of Loving Relationships.
Want better relationships? Get them by learning skills that make and keep relationships mutually beneficial! Christian psychologists teach appropriate expression of emotions, alleviating shame, listening skills, maintaining healthy boundaries, and resolving conflict. Learn how to respond to special issues: addictions, depression, grief, and trauma. Apply your new skills with friends, family, co-workers and in your small group. This course features worship, presentations, and facilitated small group discussion. Cost for materials and food is $10 per person/$20 per couple. We serve lunch on-site Saturday.

Knowing God

This course relates to Hosanna's Core Value of Intimacy with God.
Your heavenly Father loves you and wants a relationship with you. Learn tools that will help you encounter Him more intimately. Grow deeper with spiritual practices such as Bible study, solitude, prayer, spiritual listening, and worship.

Strengths Course

This course relates to Hosanna's Core Value of Serving.
In this course you can:

Discover your God-given talents and gifts, based on reports generated by online assessments you take before class.
Correlate your Strengths (defined as the ability to consistently perform near perfectly in your areas of talent) with your life roles and your Spiritual Gifts.
Gain a better understanding of your unique calling.
Connect with ministry opportunities that will unleash your true potential.

Water of Life

This course relates to Hosanna's Core Value of Intimacy with God.
A "freedom in Christ" ministry committed to equip and disciple Christian believers to understand spiritual warfare, experience personal victory over spiritual obstacles, and live an abundant life in spiritual freedom. This course is ideal for people who desire to move deeper in their walk with God. Prerequisite: Alpha.

Retreat at Hosanna!, Friday, February 26 (6:30-9:30 p.m.) & Saturday, February 27 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
