Career Connections

Hosanna! Career Connections provides spiritual support and assistance to those in job transition and connects them with organizations in need of employees with Christian values. The group meets the first and third Tuesdays, 7:00 p.m. in Room 2 for career resources, prayer, and networking.

Statistics show that less than 10% of jobs are found in advertising on the Internet and mass media, while 80% of jobs are filled via networking. Networking is the hardest component of the job search – trying to connect with someone inside a company who can help provide general information about the company and names of the appropriate contacts.

Now, everyone who attends Hosanna! can help by agreeing to be a networking contact at their company or workplace. Only registered members of Hosanna! Career Connections will be able to request contact information from the confidential database of network contacts. Network contacts can be assured their information will be handled discretely, and they will not receive numerous calls from unknown individuals. Network contacts may enroll by filling out this contact information form in .pdf format.

Avodah Services is a non-profit Christian organization based at Hosanna! Avodah Services provides Christian-based staffing services to fill short and long-term temporary, temporary to permanent, and permanent position for a variety of industries and companies in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.

Avodah Services provides biblical workplace values training, and employment opportunities to those in job transition, as an outsourced service provider.
