Emergency Pastoral Care Phone: 612-695-6853
Use the Emergency Pastoral Care phone for emergencies when you need to reach the On-Call Pastor 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. If the On-Call Pastor is at a hospital, the phone may need to be shut off for a short period of time. In that case, please leave your name and phone number and your call will be returned as quickly as possible.

Hosanna! Prayer Ministries:
We at Hosanna! are a people of prayer. We teach that God answers prayer and we encourage everyone to grow in prayer. Hosanna! offers many opportunities to grow and serve in prayer. Signs, wonders, and miracles happen when God’s people pray.
“I also tell you this: If two of you agree down here on earth concerning anything you ask, my Father in heaven will do it for you. For where two or three gather together because they are mine, I am there among them.” (Matthew 18:19-20)
“The truth is, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father. You can ask for anything in my name, and I will do it, because the work of the Son brings glory to the Father. Yes, ask anything in my name, and I will do it!” (John 14:12-14)
Prayer Chain:
If you have a prayer that you would like to be added to the Hosanna! Prayer Chain, email prayer@hosannalc.org. Provide as little or as much information as you are willing to share. Your prayer requests will be sent via email to Hosanna! prayer ministers and will be covered in prayer. There is power in prayer. If you want to set up a personal time for a prayer minister to pray with you, contact Diane at 952-898-9138 or dianeo@hosannalc.org to schedule a time.
Prayer Chapel:
Our Prayer Chapel is staffed with trained prayer ministers before, during and after all worship services. They are very loving and sensitive to the heart issues of those coming in for prayer. People are welcome to receive prayer for anything that is on their hearts.
Prayer Force – Intercessory Prayer:
Prayer Force meets Thursdays at 7 a.m. All are welcome. From prayer for world leaders and nations to the local church and community, intercessors gather for a variety of topical prayers reflecting the times and culture. Bring a coffee, your Bible, and come jump start your day! We have a soft ending at 8 a.m. Please know that some leave earlier and some stay past 10 a.m. as their schedules permit. Questions? Contact Pastor Mike Swecker 952-898-9149
Community Meal Prayer Team:
Every Tuesday, Hosanna! offers to the community praise and worship at 4:30 p.m., and a meal at 5 p.m. A free meal, clothing, household items, haircuts, manicures/pedicures, and additional resources are available. Prayer ministers are available to pray with anyone that would like prayer.
Pray for the Cure:
“And their prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make them well.”(James 5:15)
A monthly gathering to provide love, encouragement, information and prayer to those with cancer or those caring for loved ones with cancer. Support and encouragement comes from those who have walked the path before and experienced God’s awesome healing power and love. There is an opportunity to share fears and concerns, hear personal testimonies, discover God’s Word on healing, receive prayer, and together seek God’s authority over this devastating disease that touches so many among us. This group meets the third Monday of each month from 7-8:30 p.m. For more information, go to www.prayforthecure.net.
